Champlin Carriage House is the perfect spot for couples or small families to enjoy our fantastic location. Situated above the 4-stall garage, this large guest house is modern and comfortable with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light.

We offer 2 roll-away beds, a pack 'n play and high chair for families with small children. This unit can also be booked with the main house for extra large groups.

Carriage House Kitchen

We've enhanced our kitchen in the Carriage House for the 2026 season with new floors, sink, 2-burner induction cooktop and cabinets. We still have the existing fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, breakfast bar, and dining area in the main room.

Now enjoy a longer and more convenient stay with the ability to cook or order in. Don't forget, with the grocery store next door, it's like having a giant pantry at your fingertips!
